These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website www.lacasamontecito.com and any bookings made directly with La Casa Montecito (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a reservation or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Reservations and Bookings
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment (deposit or full amount, as specified at checkout).
- You must be at least 21 years of age to make a booking.
- The person making the booking is responsible for the accuracy of all guest details provided.
2. Payments
- Payments are processed securely through our booking engine and payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
- Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
- A deposit and/or security deposit may be required, as outlined during the booking process.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies (including deadlines for refunds or forfeited deposits) are displayed at the time of booking.
- No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
